Wellbeing and Resilience Program - Aldinga Beach

This FREE eight week program will help you to:

  • capitalise on your strengths
  • build your resilience in life
  • build positive relationships
  • improve your confidence and optimism
  • develop problem solving skills and strategies to cope with adversity.

About the program

  • 8 x 2.5 hour sessions held weekly
  • morning / afternoon tea provided
  • spaces are limited
  • transport and respite are available on request
