The City of Onkaparinga is proposing to update Council’s Local Government Act - Order Making Policy pursuant to Local Government Act 1999 (the Act). The Policy will replace our existing Order Making Policy.

Proposal to Lease Community Land to Star of Greece

The City of Onkaparinga proposes to lease the community land at 1 Esplanade, Port Willunga to Star of Greece Holdings Pty Ltd (Lessee) for up to 42 years. We are now seeking feedback from the community on this proposal.
