Shimmer Photographic Biennale is the only South Australian arts festival dedicated to celebrating the art of photography and the culture of the camera. Over the past decade the City of Onkaparinga has hosted this biennial festival throughout the McLaren Vale wine region, adding to the area's well established reputation as a premium destination for the arts, food and wine. The Shimmer Photographic Biennale 2018 (SPB2018) will be held from 14 September to 14 October. An exciting arts initiative that the City of Onkaparinga is proud to call our own!
